3. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product details, including material, size, thread count (TC), and care instructions.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor/screen settings.
Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Orders, Payment & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment via approved payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
CosyHugs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, fraudulent transactions, or suspicious activity. A full refund will be initiated for any prepaid canceled order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 2–3 working days and deliver within 4–7 days, depending on the location.
Shipping timelines are indicative; delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method after quality checks.
In case of COD, refunds will be issued as store credits.
Customers must provide an unboxing video and photographs for claims related to damage/defects.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
To cancel, email us at support@cosyhugs.com with your order ID.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or order verification failure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding, logos, and product designs are the exclusive property of CosyHugs. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
